Services Policy

  • Interior design consultations may be free or paid, as mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Design timelines and completion periods are shared clearly before project confirmation.

  • Any changes requested after design approval may incur additional charges.

Product Orders (Curtains, Blinds, Beds, Panels, etc.)

  • Products may be custom-made or made to order.

  • Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed

  • Standard products are eligible for returns only if damaged or defective on delivery

Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellations must be requested before work commencement

  • Product order cancellations are allowed only before processing or manufacturing begins

  • Once production starts, cancellation is not permitted

Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment

  • No refunds for delays caused due to force majeure (natural calamities, strikes, etc.)

Shipping & Delivery

  • Product delivery timelines depend on product type and customization

  • Delivery is available primarily across South Goa

  • Any visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery

Warranty

  • Selected services and workmanship may carry a 7-year warranty, as specified in the agreement

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear & tear, or third-party alterations
